Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, local carrier performance, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to multiple international destinations. Available shipping countries and regions will be shown at checkout. If your location is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to your destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or shipping logistics.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
